Shipping
Free shipping Australia-wide
Every order ships free to any Australian address, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. Shipping is tracked, and orders arrive in 6–14 business days.
Christmas: Order by 8 Dec for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after that may not arrive before Christmas Day.
New Zealand and the UK
We also ship to New Zealand and the United Kingdom for a flat A$9.95 per order. Delivery usually takes a little longer than within Australia. Any import taxes your country charges are your responsibility.
Where your order ships from
Some orders ship from our supplier's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes 6–14 business daysrather than a couple of days. A bundle's boxes may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see your order status there.
Returns
30-day change of mind
Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the item price once it arrives back with us.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged, has a fault, or isn't what we described, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including postage. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
- We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
- Post the item back with tracking and send us the tracking number.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
